Drink This Mixture Once A Day And Never Get Sick Again

Never get sick again? Yeah that's a hefty claim, I know. 

(Of course I cannot guarantee you will never get sick again. Also, I am not a doctor, so always ask your doctor before you try anything you stumble upon on the interweb.)

What I CAN pronounce, is that your body can fight off any ailment, YES ANY AILMENT, with proper nutrition. Your body is made to self-heal, and if you give it the proper balance of nutrients an vitamins, you can stay healthy. Let's not forget tho; Your mind also needs to be well in order for your body to be well. Drinking this mixture once (tho I drink it 3x per day because I love feeling good and the way it tastes) and daily stress reduction, such as mindful breathing, exercise, proper rest and meditation, you will be on the fast track to health all winter long. Did I mention this concoction also boosts mood and energy, cleans your blood, fights cancer, promotes gut health, is anti-bacterial and anti-fungal, boosts immune function, improves skin health, decreases inflammation throughout the body, is a natural pain reliever, speeds up metabolism, and promotes natural weight loss? Yeah, it's THAT awesome.

This is my own recipe, because as I said, I enjoy the taste as well as the benefits of this specific mixture, but feel free to change it up to suit your own needs and palate. Any, some, or all of the ingredients will aid you in your quest for wellness, so feel free to get creative.

Homemade Turmeric 'Tea'

1 full organic lemon, squeezed

1.5 tablespoons organic turmeric

1 Teaspoon organic crushed ginger

1 Teaspoon organic cayenne pepper (less if the spice is too much for you)

1 pinch Himalayan pink salt

2 Tablespoons raw honey 

Hot water

Mix all ingredients thoroughly and enjoy! It is best on an empty stomach, but feel free to drink it any time. I switch to it after my morning coffee. I have been drinking this for months and have never felt better. Did you know that the cayenne pepper helps your body to actively absorb more nutrients from the other ingredients? If you can handle it, feel free to add much more!
